Bio pesticide DPO UNI for reclamation of oil sludge

 Bio pesticides of oil products of the DOP series are a unique innovative development for the remediation of oil-contaminated soils and water in the most difficult conditions. The biological product is a concentrated freeze-dried biomass, with a content of lifelike cells of at least 108 cells / kg. The association includes vegetative cells of non-pathogenic cultures of the genera of the genus Rhodococcus, Pseudo-monas, Yarrovia, Pseudomonas stutzeri, Rhodococcus maris, Rhodococcus eritropolis, Yarrovia sp.

DOP-UNI is the most powerful and versatile bio pesticide for the reclamation of oil sludge, oil-contaminated water bodies and soils, DOP-RHODOCAN is intended for the biodegradation of oil and petroleum products when contaminated by soil, solid surfaces and DOP-PSEUDOCAN is a hydrophobic biological product specially designed to work on water surfaces.

The developed technology allows to neutralize oil pollution at the place of their location in-situ, which will further save on the stages of oil spill response and reclamation and several times reduce additional costs for excavation, transportation and transfer to the landfill.

Technology application involves the preparation of a working suspension of the drug and the subsequent processing of contaminated areas of water and soil.

The bio pesticide DOP UNI  completely oxidizes hydrocarbons of various classes; destroys soluble and insoluble hydrocarbon fractions; has activity in ecosystems with high salinity; works in a wide range of pH-environment; being introduced into the thickness of the oil film; non-toxic, non-pathogenic and environmentally friendly; it is easy to use and cost effective with high efficiency.

The bio pesticide of DOP series compared to its counterparts does  work at a flow rate of 80-100 grams per 1 cu. meter of oil-contaminated soil.

The production of bio pesticides of DOP series takes place under the control of technologists of the Institute of Physiology and Metallurgy RAS Vinogradsky.

 This biological product has no analogues in technological application:

-  is used to increase oil recovery (guaranteed increase in oil recovery by 15-30%);
